Grilled Tunafish Taco&Tzatiki Rice

Love fresh, tuna fish tacos? Who said you had to go to a mexican food joint to have a delicious mexican dish? Well, you don't! All you need is at home. Here's my grilled tuna fish taco & tzatziki rice

Grilled Tuna Fish Taco&Tzatziki Rice


Ingredients
- 1/2-1 cans of tuna fish "chicken of the sea"
- 1tbsp mayo
-pinch of salt and pepper
-2 white corn tortillas
-1-2 green onions
-1/4 of an avocado
-1tbsp (per taco) of refried beans
-1tsp of cheddar jack shredded cheese(per taco)
-1/2 cup of leftover white jasmine rice
-2tsp tzatziki greek yogurt dip





Directions
1)Heat stove on high
2)Take 2 tortillas and put 1 tbsp on each taco
3)Put about 2tbsp of tuna on each taco
4) chop up green onions so it's diced up, small pieces
5)split chopped amount of green onion between 2 tacos and spread evenly on top of tuna
6)cut 1/4 of avacado into 6 pieces, and put 3 slices on each taco
7)put 1tsp of cheddar jack cheese on each taco
8)Fold taco tortilla hotdog style
*What taco should like before cooking on the pan
9)spread flafflower oil evenly on pan before cooking tacos
10)cook tacos on each side for about 2-3 minutes, or until crispy brown
*Taco cooking on pan
11)when flipping tacos on each side, drizzle safflower oil on the other side of the taco so it cooks quickly &well
12)while cooking the tacos, heat white rice in microwave for 45seconds
13) when rice is done heating, put in tzatziki greek yogurt dip &mix together
14)enjoy!
