Ham&Egg Breakfast Cup

If you ask most people, they'll say they love any type of breakfast foods; especially anything that has to do with eggs, ham, cheese, onion, the whole deal. For me, I love eggs, ham, toast, anything simple and fresh that doesn't take forever  to make for breakfast that's gives the morning something that's a little different. So here's breakfast with a twist of creativity.

Ham&Egg Breakfast Cups:

(ingredients)
-about 1/2-1 slice of ham(for each ham cup) but the amount of ham slice used per cup depends on the size of the ham slice you use
-1 egg per ham cup
-2 green onions
-any type of cheese for a topping
-salt&pepper
-sour cream
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 400
2) while oven preheats, you'll need a muffin tin with about 12 muffin compartments.
3) Line each compartment of a regular muffin tin with 1/2-1 piece of ham (or other lunchmeat, but i prefer ham because it brings out the salty flavor in the egg)
4) crack only ONE egg in each muffin tin compartment
5) if you want, sprinkle salt(not a ton, a small amount is good), and pepper onto the egg
6)when oven is done, preheating, place in oven for about 14-17minutes if you like your eggs all the way done, but if you like your eggs like mine; done but a little runny/soft at the top, cook for about 10-14minutes.

(the picture above is what it should look like cooking in the oven)

5) when done, top with green onion for a extra yummy taste, and if you want, cheese for topping(I chose mexican shredded cheese blend)
6) enjoy!
The finished product! :)
& for an extra boost of flavor, add a small spoonful of sour cream on top of each of them. Tastes great with a small glass of milk also!
