Rainy Day Pizzas

During those rainy, icky, stay-inside-days, nothing beats a good pizza. But no need to waste about $20 on   pizzerias like Alfy's, Pizza Hut, or Dominos! Not when you can make it in your home save yourself the cost of all that mullah for only one cheap tasting pizza! you can make it in your VERY own home. And even without the drastic time taken up. Here's a how to on making an easy, customized, homemade pizza:

Rainy Day Pizza


Ingredient:
-2cups of mexican shredded cheese blend
-1/4 cup of pepperoni (or ham/turkey)
-left over crusty bread OR hoagie rolls 
-1cup  bbq sauce
-1 piece of rotisserie chicken breasts(w/out skin) cut into bite size pieces. 
-1/2 cup of tomato sauce
-5-6 pieces of dices of pineapple (cut those diced pieces in half to spread evenly across pizza)
-*other additional pizza toppings
-thin tomato slices(cut in halfs)

Directions:
1) put about 6-8 pieces of bread evenly on large cookie sheet
2) spread tomato sauce evenly on 3-4 pieces of bread, and bbq sauce on the other 3-4 pieces of bread
3)for tomato sauce pizzas, spread cheese evenly on those pieces of bread. For the bbq pizza, spread about       3-4 pieces of chicken on the pizzas. 
4)cut tomatoes and spread them across ALL pizzas (about 2 1/2 slices of tomato on each pizza)
5)put pineapple ONLY on the bbq pizzas. (bout 2-3 pieces for each pizza)
6) put additional pizza toppings on both pizzas *optional
7) add another good amount of cheese to top on ALL the pizzas

8) Preheat oven to 400
*cooking in the oven 
9)cook for about 15minutes; or until cheese has melted
10) enjoy!
