Multi Berry Frozen Yogurt

Calling all sweet tooth's!! Love fruit? Any fruity type of ice cream or frozen yogurt? So do I! Let's face it, we ALL love sweets, but apparently the bathroom weight scale doesn't like us to love sweets as much as we would like to have them. It's sad, but true. BUT, that doesn't mean you have to starve your selves from sweets, ice cream, and anything fruity that appeals to you. You don't NEED to have all that fattening, sugar junk to be satisfied with sweets. With most people, they want to be able to watch their weight, lose weight, eat healthy, but they don't want to miss out on their favorite foods. So if you love sweets, but don't want to indulge in the large amount of calorie or sugar intake for it, this is the PERFECT recipe for you. This is my 'multi berry frozen yogurt':

Multi- Berry Frozen Yogurt
