Spicy Chile & Corny Rice





















On a wet, muggy day, there's nothing better than good ol' fashioned chile with beans and meat:). But MY kind of chile is the good ol' fashioned kind..but doctored up. AND, who DOENSN'T like corn? especially with yummy brown rice? Meee! So here's my recipe of Spicy Chile & Corny Rice


Spicy Chile& Corny Rice

Ingredients:
1 can of nalley original chile with meat&beans
1 can of whole kernel corn
2tbs of LIGHT sour cream
black ground pepper
1 green  onion, finely chopped
brown rice(1 cup)
3tbs olive oil

Directions:
1) open the can of chile and put in a microwaveable bowl and put in microwave for about 3minutes.
2) while chile is cooking, chop up green onion into finely, small, chopped pieces
3) take chile out of microwave and put in chopped green onion, light sour cream, black ground pepper(to taste)
*what chile should look like after adding green onion

4) open can of corn and put in a microwaveable bowl and put in microwave for about 3minutes
5) take corn out, and put about 3 tbs of corn in chile and mix together 
6) Now, its time for the brown rice. Put in a microwaveable bowl and put in microwave for about 3 minutes. 
7) when done, take rice out and put about 4-5 tbs of corn in rice, and drizzle about 3tbs of olive oil over rice. 
8) mix together 
9) enjoy!
