Pork Summer Dinner :)

During the summer, it starts to near towards where you're sick of the rainy, fall weather and start firing up the grill, getting out the kabob sticks, start boiling the ears of corn and making the delicious smell of BBQ. So tonight, I made a delicous pulled pork sandwhich with taziki sauce on naan bread.

Ingredients:
Costco's Smoked Pulled Pork
Traditional Naan Indian Bread (you can get it at Trader Joe's or costco)
Taziki Greek Yogurt Sauce
Avacado

Steps:
1. Take the pulled pork, and put in microwave for 7 minutes
2. Take out pork, and put in naan bread in microwave for about 20-30 seconds.
3. When done, take pulled pork, cut open package, (after sitting for about 2 minutes) pull pork apart gently with a fork
4. Spread a decent amount of Taziki sauce on the whole top size of naan bread.
5. Take pulled pork, and put pieces on only half of naan bread.
6. Cut avacado in half, throw away the pit, and put 1 to 2 avacado slices on top of the meat.
7. Fold naan bread in half to make like a sandwhich sort of dish.
8. enjoy!

P.S. - this dish also tastes yummy with a tall glass a milk!
