olive oil and garlic popcorn

One of my favorite summer snack dishes is a fresh, yummy bowl of popcorn. And no, not your average fatty-movie-popcorn. This is BY FAR, one of my favorite types of popcorn. Its great in the summer, for a movie night at home, or just for an after school snack.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp of olive oil
1/4 cup of orville redenbacher's original 'gormet popping corn'
2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of pepper
1/2 tbsp of garlic bread seasoning

Directions:
1. Put the 1/4cup of popping corn in a microwaveable bowl. then you will want to put plastic food wrap over the bowl, from preventing the popcorn popping in everywhere EXCEPT for the bowl.
2. put in microwave for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes(time will vary on the type of microwave)
3. take out popcorn when it's all done popping, and evenly pour olive oil on popcorn and move around popcorn in the bowl so that all the popcorn gets oil on it.
4. sprinkle the salt and pepper evenly throughout the popcorn.
5. mix in the garlic bread seasoning evenly throughout the popcorn (you don't need a ton because the taste of the garlic bread seasoning is very strong and goes a long way).
6. Enjoy!
