Pizza... taco style:)

During the summer, majority of american households don't want to spend FOREVER making a meal. We want something that appeals to our tastebuds, something that is quick, and easy. For me, this is homemade pizza (the easy way!). But this isn't NORMAL pizza, it has a unique twist to it. So if you like easy, yummy, summer lunch ideas, this is a fun recipe for you.

Pizza..Taco Style:)

Ingredients:
- 2 medium sized corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped purple onion
- 1/4 cup of pre-made pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic bread powder

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven too 400 degrees
2. Get out a pan that you can bake with, and place the 2 tortillas on the pan.
3. measure out the 1/4 cup of pizza sauce, and spread half of the amount of pizza sauce on one tortilla, and the remaining amount on the other tortilla.
4. sprinkle the garlic bread powder on top of the pizza sauce ( you can add more powder if you want, but be careful because it's flavor can be VERY overpowering if you add TOO much)
5. add a little bit of cheese on both tortillas.
6. evenly spread the onions on the two tortillas and then spread the remaining of the cheese on top of both of the tortillas.
7. when oven is done preheating, put the tortillas in the oven for about 10 minutes(or until cheese has melted)

8. When done, take out, let it sit for about two minutes, then put on a plate.
9. After being put on a plate, fold the tortillas in half, like a taco, and eat!
10. Enjoy!
